First Floor
All assisted living residents of The Cliffs enjoy the convenience of the amenities and common areas shown on the detailed floor plan. These include the expected and the unusual – like the large modern media room for presentations and theater events, the greenhouse for nurturing plants year round, and the serene Interior Courtyard. Approximately 35% of the first floor is devoted to common areas designed for all residents’ enjoyment and use.
Second Floor
The Second Floor has a slightly different style. As it is removed from the larger public rooms, it has less traffic.
Upstairs Common Area Provide: computer workstations with internet access, game tables, and comfortable gathering areas. The second-floor terrace and some of the apartments provide a scenic view of the Brownstone Cliffs. This natural formation remains from the era when this 6-acre site was an active rock quarry.
